Who we are

ThreshIQ is operated by ThreshIQ LLC, a registered Texas limited liability company, based in Austin, Texas, United States. Contact: lachlan@threshiq.ai.

What ThreshIQ is — and is not

ThreshIQ is an AI-powered training planning and analysis tool for endurance athletes. We provide:

• Training plans generated by AI
• Daily readiness analysis based on the data you provide
• Race planning and post-race analysis

ThreshIQ is not medical advice. We are not a doctor, physiotherapist, or registered coach. Our recommendations are based on the data you provide and may be wrong. Always consult a qualified medical professional before starting a training program, especially if you have any health conditions.

You train at your own risk. Endurance sports carry risk of injury or worse. You are responsible for your own safety.

Eligibility

You must be 18 or older to use ThreshIQ. You must provide accurate information.

Your account

You're responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You're responsible for everything that happens under your account.

Subscriptions and billing

ThreshIQ is a paid service with a 14-day free trial. After the trial, your card is charged for the tier you selected unless you cancel.

• Subscriptions auto-renew until cancelled
• You can cancel anytime via the Stripe customer portal
• Refunds: we don't offer refunds on subscription periods already started, but contact us if you have an issue and we'll work it out
• We may change pricing for new subscribers; existing subscribers will be notified of any pricing change at least 30 days before it applies to them

Acceptable use

Don't:

• Use ThreshIQ to harm yourself or others
• Try to break, reverse-engineer, or attack the service
• Scrape data or use ThreshIQ via automated tools
• Resell or redistribute ThreshIQ access
• Misrepresent who you are

We can suspend or terminate your account for violations.

Intellectual property

The training plans, coaching content, and code are owned by ThreshIQ. The activity data and personal health data you input remains yours — we have a license to use it to provide the service, but you own it.

AI-generated content

ThreshIQ uses AI (via Anthropic). AI output can be wrong, biased, or generate inappropriate content despite our best efforts. Use your judgment. If something looks wrong, tell us.

Service availability

We try to keep ThreshIQ running, but we don't guarantee uptime. We may take the service offline for maintenance, updates, or any other reason.

Termination

You can stop using ThreshIQ anytime and cancel your subscription. We can terminate your account if you violate these Terms.

Liability

To the maximum extent allowed by law, ThreshIQ is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability is capped at the amount you paid us in the last 12 months.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms. We'll post the new version here with a new “Last updated” date. Material changes will be communicated by email.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by Texas law. Disputes will be resolved in Travis County, Texas.
